James L. Brown Sr., 68, died Friday Feb. 22, 1997.
Mr. Brown was a member of the Virginia Police Association.
He is survived by his wife, Billie B. Brown; a son, James L. Brown Jr. of Goochland, Va.; his mother, Carrie T. Brown; two grandchildren, Jason E. and Jared W. Brown.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today in Woody Funeral Home, Parham Chapel, Richmond. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
