A Norfolk man was killed in Park Place Tuesday night, and police are looking for possible suspects.
The body of 25-year-old Everett Von Buie of the 2500 block of Ruffin Way was found near the corner of Granby and 28th streets at 11:39 p.m.
Police spokeswoman Maravia Ebong said Buie had suffered ``massive blunt trauma injury all over his body.'' He had not been shot or stabbed, she said. He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1 a.m. Wednesday.
Buie's body was taken to the Medical Examiner's office to determine a cause of death, Ebong said.
Police are looking for a vehicle and its occupants, last seen heading west on 28th Street just after 11:35p.m.
The vehicle was described as a late-1980s to early-1990s white four-door, full-sized Chevrolet.
The driver was described as a black man in his 30s, with a medium to dark complexion, shoulder-length dreadlocks and a moustache. He was wearing eyeglasses, a yellow, red and green Rastafarian hat and a lumberjack jacket or shirt.
The passenger was described as a white woman in her 30s, with shoulder-length blond curly hair. She was wearing a blue jean jacket with a white fur collar.
