Subjects covered include mortgage loans, home inspections, the VHDA homeownership educational program, buyer brokerage and selling your house.

LEARNING LEASING: The Apartment Book and the Multifamily Housing Council of the Tidewater Builders Association will sponsor a multifamily housing seminar at 8:30 a.m. March 11 at Kaufman Duckworth Hall at Old Dominion University.

Toni Blake Cline, a motivational humorist and leasing expert, will be the speaker. The cost is $59 for Apartment Book advertisers and $89 for others. Each attendee will be credited with 25 RAM points. To register, call 446-2074 by Monday.
