Joseph Thomas Fisher, 85, died Tuesday, March 4, 1997, in Lucy Corr Nursing Home, Chesterfield. He was the husband of the late Hazel Barnes Fisher.
Funeral services will be held in Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, Saturday, March 8, 1997, at 2 p.m. by Jerry Edwards. Burial will be in Waverly Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the residence, 4337 Spring Grove Ave., Claremont. Memorial donations may be made to the Claremont Volunteer Fire Department and the Surry Volunteer Rescue Squad.
