Jennifer Jane Haag, 39, of the 4600 block of County St., died Wednesday, March 5, 1997, in Maryview Medical Center.
She was a Portsmouth native and a retired registered nurse at Pines Residential Treatment Center where she worked for 17 years caring for others. She was a graduate of the ODU School of Nursing and an active member of Western Branch Lions Club.
Survivors include her husband, Michael T. Haag; mother, Jean Ansell Weimar of Norfolk; a brother, Larry Weimar of Norfolk; a sister, Annette W. Colohan and her family, husband, Frank and children, Matthew and Meredith of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, with cremation following. The family will receivefriends from 7 to 8:30 tonight in the funeral home.
