JUSTIN C. TORGESEN

Justin Clarke Torgesen, 18, of the 800 block of Redgate Ave., a student at Tidewater Community College, Norfolk Campus, died March 6, 1997, in his residence.

Mr. Torgesen was a native of Washington, D.C., and a resident of Norfolk since 1979. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Norfolk. Mr. Torgesen was 1996 graduate of Maury High School.

Survivors include his parents, Carol Clarke Torgesen and Gary Carson Torgesen, both of Norfolk; his sister and brother, Carrie and Peter Torgesen, both of Norfolk; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Brown of Thaxton, Va.; and his paternal grandmother, Gloria Garland Torgesen of Virginia Beach, and many aunts and uncles.

A Mass of Christian Burial service will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church by the Rev. John Dorgan. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery. A Christian Wake service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, at 7 p.m. Sunday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
