Edna Wiley Winfield, 91, of 511 Delaware Ave., died Sunday, March 9, 1997, in Virginia Beach General Hospital. She was a native of Baltimore, Md.
She is survived by her loving husband, Paul E. Winfield; her daughter, Shirley W. Carter of Virginia Beach; her son, Robert F. Woodhouse of Chesapeake; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, by the Rev. Dr. Paul C. Bailey. The family will receive friends in the Maestas Funeral Home, Baltic Ave. Chapel, from 7 until 8 p.m. today.
