Mohammed S. Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti ambassador to the United States, will address the World Affairs Council of Greater Hampton Roads Wednesday on ``The Future of Security in the Persian Gulf.''
Al-Sabah, who has a doctorate in economics from Harvard University, has been Kuwait's ambassador in Washington since January 1993. During the 1990-91 Iraqi occupation of Kuwait, he was a member of the Higher Consultative Council that supervised the activities of Kuwait's government in exile.
His speech in Boyd Dining Hall at Virginia Wesleyan College is open to the public.
