Jeffrey Everett, a 4-year-old from the Bayview section of Norfolk,

gets a firm grip on a voice tube at Imagination Island at Northside

Park Tuesday. The voice tube enables children to talk to each other

across the park. Jeffrey was spending the afternoon with his mother,

Natsha Robertson.
