Boyce Allen Mills, 40, of the 3800 block of Dartmouth St. died March 12, 1997, in his residence.
A Norfolk native, he retired from the city of Portsmouth.
Survivors include his sister, Joyce Hargrove of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; two brothers, Wade Williams of Chesapeake, William ``Bill'' Boswell of Richmond; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
