Restaurant plans to open
James R. Johnson and Ash B. Miles Joe Jr. plan to open TLC
Restaurant and Lounge in this building at 621 E. Constance Road in
Suffolk. The wrong photograph accompanied a story in Friday's
Virginian-Pilot about the planned venture on a roadway that has four
similar businesses and possible objections by neighboring merchants.
Johnson and Joe are awaiting word on whether their application for a
liquor license has been approved.
