WILLIAM FOSTER

William Foster, 86, of the 300 block of Quebec St., died March 10, 1996.

He was retired from B.F. Diamond Construction Co.

Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Foster of Detroit, Lelia McDonald of Doublyn, Ga., and Thelma Ray of Portsmouth; two sons, James J. Foster of Jacksonville, Fla., and William B. Foster of Doublyn; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends; and a devoted grandson, Willie Bernard Foster.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Fisher Funeral Home by the Rev. Vernon S. Lee. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
