EVELYN P. CUTCHIN

Evelyn Powers Cutchin, 66, of the 700 block of Braley Pond Road, died Saturday morning, March 15, 1997, at Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville.

Born Feb. 24, 1931, at Hickory, she was the daughter of James Edward and Narcissus (Deal) Powers.

Survivors include her husband, Willis C. Cutchin; two sons, Willis C. Jr. of Barnegate, N.J. and Ernest C. Cutchin of West Augusta; a daughter, Pamela Sue Norton of Virginia Beach; a brother; a sister; seven grandchildren, Willis C. III, Wendy, Holly, Shelby and Kristin Cutchin and Dawn and D.J. Norton Jr.; a special niece, Barbara L. Daigle; and two great-nephews, Randall and Michael Daigle.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Bear Funeral Home, Churchville. Burial will be in St. Luke's Church Cemetery, Smithfield. The family will receive friends at the residence.
