Rose A. Lichty, 85, of the 3500 block of MacDonald Road, died March 15, 1997,in her residence.
Born in Bala-Cynwyd, Pa., she was the widow of Donald J. Lichty and a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church. Mrs. Lichty was a longtime volunteer with the American Red Cross.
Survivors include a son, Peter B. Lichty and his wife Jessilynn of Virginia Beach; three sisters; and four grandchildren, Peter A. Lichty, Leann M. Lichty and Heather M. Lichty, all of Havertown, Pa., and Joseph M. Lichty of Virginia Beach.
Her body was sent from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, to William C. McConaghy Ltd. Funeral Home, Ardmore, Pa., for services and burial. Memorial donations may be made to Sentara Hospice Program, (NU)8 Koger Executive Center, Suite 201, Norfolk, Va. 23502. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
