ROBERT M. CROSTIC

Robert M. Crostic, 62, died March 17, 1997, in his residence.

Born in Richmond, Va., he was retired as a farrier from Bob Crostic Horseshoeing and a member of Holy Neck Christian Church. He was the current president of the Virginia Horseshoers' Association and was a member of the American Farriers Association (A.F.A.) He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was the son of the late Thomas H. and Mary Lucas Crostic.

Survivors include his wife, Emily Frew Crostic; daughters, Margaret Kelley and husband, Matt, of Amelia, Va., Katherine Koschock and husband, Ted, of Surry, Va., Deborah Crostic Windsor of Suffolk; granddaughter, Jeana Koschock; grandsons, Tee Koschock and Robert Windsor; a sister, Mary C. Hillers of Chesapeake; brother, Walter E. Crostic of Melbourne, Fla.; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and customers.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Harrell Funeral Home by the Rev. E. Cecil Smith and Dr. Robert Marr. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery, Portsmouth. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Harrell Funeral Home. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
