PEARL L. GORDON

Pearl L. Gordon of the 6600 block of Whitehorn Drive died March 16, 1997.

A native of Norfolk, she was a member of First Baptist Church, Logan Park, Norfolk and Perry's Madison League Club. She was a retired dietician.

Survivors include a niece, Amelia Humphrey of Virginia Beach; a devoted friend, Robert Walton of Norfolk; a nephew, John White Jr. of Norfolk; brother-in-law, John White Sr. of Norfolk; great-niece, Crystal White of Norfolk; two great-nephews, Jeffrey Humphrey and Jamar Humphrey, both of Virginia Beach.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in First Baptist Church, Logan Park, Norfolk, by the Rev. Kevin L. Clay. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at 6634 Whitehorn Drive, Norfolk, at 11 a.m. Friday for the procession to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
