CITY MAN CHARGED IN SPRAY-PAINTING OF CSX RAIL CAR

Police arrested an 18-year-old man for spray painting a CSX rail car earlier this month.

Robert Allen Randall, of the 200 block of Robin Road, was charged with felony destruction of property after he painted a CSX rail car on March 4, causing more than $1,000 in estimated damage. Charges also are pending against a juvenile in connection with this case.
