Josephine Venutola Cavallo, 70, died Thursday, March 20, from cancer.
Mrs. Cavallo was born in Jersey City, N.J., and was the wife of the late James Cavallo. After residing in Chesapeake for more than 20 years, she moved to Chatham County in 1973. She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Cavallo Jones of Raleigh.
Visitation will be today at Griffin Funeral Home in Pittsboro from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Chapel Hill, Saturday, March, 22, at 11 a.m. Flowers are acceptable or donations may be made to Hospice of Wake County. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
