CORA EASON

Cora Eason, 63, of the 100 block of Wilson Pkwy., died March 18, 1997. She was born in Norfolk County.

Survivors include four daughters, Mary Lee of Virginia Beach, Linda Peeples of Norfolk, Vernice Shorter and Mammie Turner, both of Portsmouth; four sons, Floyd Anthony, Theodolph Spruill of Norfolk, Tyrone Eason of Chesapeake, Eddie Eason of Portsmouth; a brother, Harry Spruill; three sons-in-law, Jerome Lee, Willie Shorter, Phillip Turner; three daughters-in-law, Ada Anthony, Idella Spruill, Tonora Eason; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Mount Lebanon Baptist Church by Dr. Ronald D. Joyner. Burial will be in Family Cemetery. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Friday.
