BEULAH E. JONES

Beulah E. Jones, 81, of the 900 block of Hancock Ave., died March 26, 1997.

Born in Norfolk, she was a retired beautician and a member of New First Baptist Church, Taylorsville, where she participated in the Willing Pulpiteers and 12 Ladies of Thrift. She was also a member of Truxton Chapter (NU)63 Order of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of William M. Jones.

Survivors include a son, George W. McCoy; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Catherine Turner.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in New First Baptist Church, Taylorsville, by the Rev. T.M. Steele. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
