Anne D. Haden, 78, died March 27, 1997. Mrs. Haden was born in Philadelphia and was raised in Wilmington, Del.

She attended Tower Hill School there and Westover School in Middlebury, Conn. She was the daughter of the late Albert Hama Dingee II of Philadelphia and the late Mrs. Henry Tatnall Bush of Wilmington and was the widow of the late Llewellyn Pugh Haden of Charlottesville, Va. She was an Episcopalian.

She had resided in Virginia Beach since 1967 and is survived by her sons, William D. Haden II of Virginia Beach and Llewellyn Pugh Haden Jr. of Atlanta; her daughter, Anne (Nancy) Haden Padgett of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.; three grandsons, and five granddaughters.
