Anne Richter Cash died April 1, 1997, at her residence.
Mrs. Cash was born in Monticello, N.Y., and was the daughter of the late Moe and Billie Richter. She moved to Norfolk at the age of 4 and was a graduate of Maury High School and Temple University in Philadelphia.
Mrs. Cash had worked as a social worker for the City of Norfolk, co-chairing the WICS organization, the local affiliate of the Job Corps. She later, along with her son Eric, founded and was president of Mutchley Antiques Ltd. She was a member of Temple Israel and its sisterhood, the Woman's American O.R.T., the Jewish Women International and the Beth Sholom Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. Lawrence H. Cash; her daughter, Janis and her husband, Dr. Edward J. Wiseberg; her son, Eric R. Cash, all of Norfolk; and two granddaughters, Amie Wiseberg and Lisa Wiseberg Cohn.
A chapel service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, by Rabbi Michael E. Panitz and Cantor Yael Fischman. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of donor's choice, Temple Israel, or to the American Red Cross Blood Bank. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
