HELENE W. FARRELL

Helene Wilkins Farrell, 57, of the 4400 block of Powell's Point Road, died April 3, 1997.

Mrs. Farrell, born in Norfolk, was the daughter of Margaret E. Wilkins and the late Dempsey J. Wilkins. She retired as a beautician with Manuel of Cuba Hair Stylists.

Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Frederick A. Farrell; daughters, Theresa H. Britt of Richmond, Tammy H. Harris of Oldtown, Fla., Tracy H. Copeland of Virginia Beach; stepson, Frederick R. Farrell of Seekonk, Mass.; stepdaughters, Donna L. Boyer of Sandy Ridge, N.C., Barbara A. Huggins of Pleasantville, S.C.; grandchildren, Donald B. Murphy, Tracy D. Murphy, Brittney H. Copeland, Erin K. Farrell, Michael J. Farrell; and great-granddaughter, Ashley E. Farrell.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Bayside Christian Church, 2224 Greenwell Road, Virginia Beach. An additional memorial service will be held at St. Mary's Church, Seekonk, at a later date. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service in the assembly room of Bayside Christian Church. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home is handling private funeral arrangements.
