COLBURN H. MISTER

The Rev. Colburn H. ``Bill'' Mister, 76, of the 2800 block of Omar St., died April 3, 1997, in his residence.

Born in Norfolk, he was a retired machinist of the Norfolk Naval Air Station. He was a member of Grace Baptist Temple and was an ordained minister who was pastor of several local churches. He was also a member of J. Robert Graham Chapter (NU)26, Disabled American Veterans and was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, Winnie G. Mister; daughter, Sandra Salazar of Pueblo, Colo.; five grandchildren, Debbie Day, Richard Salazar, Patricia Williams, Linda Stockbauer, Diana Cheyney; 12 great-grandchildren; special friends, John and Shirley Warren.

A funeral will be conducted at noon today in Grace Baptist Temple by the Rev. Clark A. Mahoney Sr. Burial with military honors will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
