MAUDE E. BOGGS

Maude Evelyn Boggs, formerly of Virginia Beach, died April 2, 1997.

Mrs. Boggs, a native of Bumpass, Va., was a homemaker, a member of Lynnhaven Colony Fellowship Church and a past member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by a son, Ray Boggs.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Boggs Wilson of Alpharetta; son, Billy Boggs of Portsmouth; two brothers, John B. Fortune of Huntington, W.Va., and Buck Fortune of Portsmouth; two sisters, Ethel Smith of Virginia Beach and Polly Johnson of West Logan, W.Va.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. in Altmeyer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with burial in Princess Anne Memorial Park. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
