The Suffolk City Council took the following actions at its meeting Wednesday. The council meets the first and third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 441 Market Street. The sessions are broadcast live at 7 p.m. on Municipal Channel 8 on Falcon Cable and repeated at 2 a.m., 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. the following Thursday through Wednesday. Proposal
