EVANGELINE A. RIDDICK

Evangeline Alice Riddick, 78, of the 3300 block of Kimball Terrace died peacefully April 3, 1997, at her daughter's residence.

A retired elevator operator at the Royster Hotel, she was a native of Norfolk and the daughter of the late Mary and Titus Williams. She was the widow of Luther Wesley Riddick Sr. and a member of Union Chapel A.M.E. Church, Norfolk.

Survivors include her three daughters, Carolyn Wells, Doris Davis, Margaret Hall; three sons, Luther Wesley Riddick Jr., Hilton Lee Riddick and Anthony Riddick; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.

A funeral will be at noon Monday, April 7, 1997, in Union Chapel AME by the Rev. Clifton Wilson. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be today from 1 to 6 p.m. at Riddick Funeral Service, where the family will also receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. today. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
