Edwin Louis Morrow, 82, died April 4, 1997.
A native of Norfolk, he was the son of the late Thomas and Frances King Morrow and the widower of Jean P. Morrow. Mr. Morrow was the founding golf pro at the Suffolk Golf Course. He was a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. His Masonic affiliations are Corinthian Lodge 0266, AF & AM, Grand Chapter, Royal Arch Masons, Knights Templar of Norfolk, Khedive Temple of Chesapeake and the Suffolk Shrine Club of Khedive Temple.
Survivors include his sister, Eleanor M. Cordle of Culpeper; a brother, William Henry Morrow of Norfolk; four nieces and three nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the graveside in Weldon Cemetery, Weldon, N.C., by the Rev. H. Vance Mann III. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
