David E. Tynch, an attorney, has been elected president of the Portsmouth Partnership.
Other new officers are Diane Pomeroy Griffin, also an attorney, vice president; B. Anne Davis, chief executive officer of Diesel Tech Inc., secretary; John Spence, State Farm Insurance, treasurer.
Richard S. Fuller of Smithfield Companies Inc. and Daniel Evans of Evans Inc. are new members of the board.
The Portsmouth Partnership is a nonprofit organization that supports the City of Portsmouth in economic development efforts.
