NORFOLK

Police are looking for a 39-year-old woman who has been missing since March 31.

Lisa Hand was last seen at her home in the 700 block of Guy Ave. Foul play is not suspected, but the family has told investigators that it is unusual for her to leave without speaking to family members or friends.

Hand is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 250 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes.

She may have been seen April 2 on Tidewater Drive at the Southern Shopping Center.

Joseph J. Craig, 29, is wanted on a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The alleged crime occurred March 5 in the 200 block of W. 31st St.

Craig is described as black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. His home address is unknown but he frequents the Park Place section of the city.

SUFFOLK

On March 4, four cars were hit with rocks, three of them as they traveled down U.S. Route 17.

In one case, a large rock went through the windshield of a car and hit a student, 17, in the face. Because of the injuries, the youth will have to have reconstructive surgery.

The suspects are described as black juveniles, about 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and wearing dark clothing. They ran toward the Bellview Meadows Apartments.

VIRGINIA BEACH

On Feb. 28, about 2:30 a.m., a woman was raped by two men at the Oceanfront.

Just after she got into her car on 22nd Street near Pacific Avenue, two men forced their way into her car and forced her to drive to 29th Street and Baltic Avenue where they raped her.

Both men are white and in their 20s.

The first suspect is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds with a thin build. He had dirty blond hair to his shoulders.

The second suspect is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 180 pounds with a chunky build. He had short curly, dark brown hair with sideburns and a mustache.

CHESAPEAKE

On Jan. 25, Martin Ryan disappeared from his home in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake.

His truck was left at his home, but a red mountain bike was missing. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Ryan is in the Coast Guard and is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 175 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

HAMPTON

Terrance Leslie Bonds, 38, is wanted in connection with assault and battery, destruction of private property and for violating a protective order.

Bonds is described as black and drives a burgundy 1986 Nissan Maxima with Virginia plates, ZTC 8472. He may live in the Buckroe area.

John West Davis Jr., 25, is wanted for violating his probation.

Davis is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 170 pounds. He may have a mustache or beard. ILLUSTRATION: Photos
