Under a new disciplinary and counseling program for Virginia Tech
athletes, punishment will be meted out by athletic director Dave
Braine. An editorial on April 15 erroneously stated that new
assistant athletic director Derita Ratcliffe would determine
punishments. She will implement the program and provide counseling.
