Harvey, who has nothing to do with the case. Darryl Lynn Love is wanted for a probation violation. He was convicted of embezzling money from a Virginia Beach business in 1996.

Love has family in Portsmouth and is known to frequent the area.

He is white, 36, 5 feet 8, about 175 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. His birthday is July 18, 1960, and his Social Security number is 230-96-4604.

Samuel Pittman is wanted on a federal parole violation. He was convicted in Eastern Virginia for selling cocaine and conspiracy to possess heroin with the intent to distribute. He was released from prison on May 17, 1995.

Pittman has been known to use the aliases Rhan Pittman and Ron Rhan. He was born in Virginia and has strong ties to South Hampton Roads. He had a Norfolk address as recently as last year, and police suspect he is still in the area.

He is black, 42, 5 feet 11, about 150 pounds. He has scars on his left forearm and right cheek. His birthday is Jan. 9, 1955, and his Social Security number is 228-80-4376.

Alphaeus Smith is wanted in Norfolk on a 1995 charge of selling cocaine near a school district, a 1996 charge of breaking and entering a business and for failing to appear in court.

Smith also uses the aliases Corky M. Copeland and Alfons Soto. He is known to frequent the Brambleton area of Norfolk.

He is black, 40, 5 feet 7 and about 165 pounds, and has a mustache and goatee. Smith's birthday is July 8, 1956, and his Social Security number is 227-73-8157.

William Allen Morgan is wanted in the 1985 shooting of his estranged wife in Virginia Beach. Morgan has been charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of malicious wounding, and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Morgan may use the nickname Bill. He is a retired naval officer, who police believe has maintained friendships in South Hampton Roads.

He is white, 61, 5 feet 11, about 165 pounds and has graying brown hair and blue eyes. His birthday is July 25, 1935, and his Social Security number is 224-40-1217. MEMO: Anyone with information about these fugitives should contact the

These fugitives should be considered dangerous and might be armed. Never
