CORRECTIONS

A caption in Tuesday's People column gave an incorrect location

for the wedding of Brooke Shields and Andre Agassi. The couple were

married Saturday in Monterey, Calif.

The first name of former presidential candidate George McGovern

was wrong in a Daily Break story Tuesday about the '70s.

A story in Tuesday's paper incorrectly reported Norfolk State's

athletic-participation ratio. The school has a 2-1 female-to-male

ratio in the student body; the projected athletic-participation

ratio for next season is 2-1 male-to-female. (see story C1)
