Emmie Lightfoot McCoy died April 24, 1997, in Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk.
Mrs. McCoy was a native of Worth County, Ga., and had lived in Virginia Beach since 1938. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Virginia Beach and the Princess Ann Women's Club. She is survived by a daughter, Frances McCoy of Arlington, Va.; a son, Timothy McCoy of Virginia Beach; and one grandson, Tim McCoy.
Arrangements will be limited to private services for the family.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. McCoy requested memorial donations to the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 945, Virginia Beach, Va. 23451. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
