Jackie Davis Lowe and Augustine Slade Lowe, Smiling Faces Day Care, filed Chapter 13 debt repayment plan on April 11 with assets of $74,960 and liabilities of $65,364.46.

Pietro Cottone and Patricia A. Cottone, Francesca's Mini-Italia, filed Chapter 7 liquidation on April 14 with assets of $88,776.67 and liabilities of $136,342.67.

Ronald Gene Morgan, roofing, filed Chapter 7 liquidation on April 16 with assets of $23,675 and liabilities of $24,454.37.

CONTRACTS

Titan Contractors Inc. in Chesapeake received a $570,219 contract for additions and renovations of Bethel Manor Elementary School in York City. Titan also received a $356,058 contract for parking lot repairs and reroofing and improvements in Hampton.

Ferguson Mills Construction Co. in Newport News received a $563,255 contract for a Hampton Roads Center West sanitary sewer pump station in Hampton.
