Zillian Talbert Ayers, 72, of the 4100 block of Maple Drive died Wednesday April 30, 1997, in her home.
A native of Albemarle, N.C., he was a member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Diannah Furman and husband, Jim, Pamela Kelly and husband, Fred, Vanessa Wilbur and husband, Donald; three sons, Lonnie Ayers and wife, Brenda, Glenn Ayers and wife, Cindy, John Ayers; a sister, Lucille Englert; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by Dr. Albert A. Peverall. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Contributions may be made to Jackson Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund, 4316 Bruce Road, Chesapeake, Va. 23321.
