Lucy F. Hogan Putt, 60, of Johnstown Crescent, died Saturday, May 3, 1997, at her daughter's home in Moyock, N.C.
Mrs. Putt was a native of Princeton, W.Va., and the daughter of the late Frazier and Vivian White French. She was the widow of Charles R. Putt.
Mrs. Putt had retired from the Southland Corp. as a cashier and clerk with the 7-Eleven Stores after 15 years of service. Mrs. Putt was a member of Atlantic Shores Baptist Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include two daughters, Dawn Scott of Moyock and Deborah Kassilke of Alexandria, Va.; two sons, Claude Hogan of Chesapeake, Robert Hogan of Nags Head, N.C.; two grandchildren, Crystal Scott and Lacey Scott, both of Moyock; and her former husband, Al Hogan of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge. Interment will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Viewing will begin today with the family receiving friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. and at other times at 303 Pinto Drive, Moyock. The family suggests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23513. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
