William H. Payne II, 40, of the 3500 block of Barry St. died May 5, 1997.
A foreman for Norfolk Southern Railway Co., he was a native of Beckley, W.Va., and a graduate of Kellam High School, Class of 1974.
Survivors include parents, William H. Payne Sr. and Martha W. Payne of Virginia Beach; sister, Sherry Larrick and her husband, Don, of Virginia Beach; brother, John Payne of Virginia Beach; niece, Stephanie Larrick; nephew, Mark Larrick of Virginia Beach; his fiancee, Sue Hill of Virginia Beach; several aunts and uncles.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by Chaplain Marvin Snyder. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
