Jeremy Bateman, 17, a student at the Chesapeake Center for Science

and Technology, checks a vehicle's alignment with a state-of-the-art

alignment machine called the Hunter P211. The machines;s software

contains factory specs on most vehicle built since 1983.

John Deuso, service manager for Chrysler productrs at Hall Auto

Mall, demonstrates the computer diagnostic system for Mopar

products. The computer is hooked up to a jeep.

A Hall Auto Mall service manager holds the Tech 2, a hand-held

scanner/computer link that is part of the GM computer diagnostic

system.\
