Martha A. ``Ann'' Pembleton, 66, died May 11, 1997, in her residence.

Mrs. Pembleton was born in Lazerne, Pa. She was a housewife and a former telephone counselor with CBN. She was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Women's Auxiliary. She had a bachelor's degree in biblical counseling and a doctorate of divinity degree.

Survivors include her husband, George Pembleton; a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Ann and Darl Wayne Morgan of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Thelma Wesley and Nancy Deschack, and two brothers, John Keller and James Keller, all of Pennsylvania; and a granddaughter, Shawna Ann Morgan.

She will be taken to the Earl Heller Jr. Funeral Home, Nescopeck, Pa., for services and burial. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
