Police have arrested two men in the murder of Ricky McLain, the Berkley teen-ager who died last weekend.
McLain, 15, of the 600 block of Walker Ave., was shot May 2 while in a car in the 500 block of Lancaster St. in Berkley. He died in a hospital Saturday afternoon.
On Monday night, homicide investigators Brian E. Wray and Scott F. Halverson arrested Talib Aekins, 21, of the 700 block of St. Paul's Blvd., and Anthony Kearney, 30, of the 4000 block of Cherrywood Court in Chesapeake. They were charged with murder and using a firearm.
Police spokesman Larry Hill said the motive for the murder remains undetermined. KEYWORDS: MURDER SHOOTING ARREST
