Thomas Seldon Rodgers Sr., 60, died May 7, 1997, in Norfolk.
Mr. Rodgers, born in West Virginia, was an owner-operator for Marine Freight in Portsmouth for many years.
He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret B. Rodgers, and his son, Benjamin B. Rodgers. Survivors include three daughters, Elaine R. Martin, Melissa A. Rodgers and Danielle P. Greene, all of Virginia Beach; son, Thomas S. Rodgers Jr. of Chesapeake; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, May 17, at Faith Temple Church, 1171 George St., Norfolk, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends following the service at 733 Spence Circle, Virginia Beach. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
