Rosa Lee Bond, 48, of the 7800 block of Gifford St., died May 17, 1997, in Sentara Nursing Home.
A bakery manager, she was employed at Gene Walters for five years.
Survivors include her parents, Leonard and Marine Tatem; her children, Michelle Johnson, Michael Bond and Angela West; four brothers, James, Leonard, Carlton and Larry Tatem; four sisters, Gladys Capehart, Gloria McCoy, Cynthia Holmes and Sherry Ransom; and nine grandchildren.
Viewing will be today at 7:30 p.m. at her home church, First Baptist Church Bolling Brook. The funeral will be held at noon Thursday at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, Norfolk. Burial will be in Roosevelt Cemetery. The family will assemble at her parents' home, 230 Filbert St., Norfolk. A.D. Price Funeral Establishment and Metropolitan Funeral Home will be in charge.
