Leonard Marshall, 77, of the 1500 block of Center Ave. died May 17, 1997, in his residence.
Survivors include his daughter, Lynn Denise Marshall of Los Angeles; two sisters, Gladys E. Johnson and Vivian Washington, all of Portsmouth; two brothers, Robert K. Marshall of Portsmouth and Marshall Arrington of Queens, N.Y.; grandchild, Portia Johnson; great-grandchild, Kamryn Johnson; special friend, Mary Taylor.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Serenity Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. T.M. Steele. He will be cremated. Friends and family will assemble at 17 Shelby St. at 10:15 a.m. for the procession to the church. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
