Charles L. ``Slicker'' Harris, 50, of Dodington Court died May 25, 1997.
A store clerk, he was a Waynesboro, Va., native and attended Fairmont Park Baptist Church.
Survivors include five sisters, Sandra Neal of Norfolk, Norine Vukovina of Palmer, Ohio, Deborah Simmons of Norfolk, Eugenie Palmer of Norfolk and Roslyn Greenauer of DePew, N.Y.; nine brothers, Paul Lane of Norfolk, Shelly Harris of Norfolk, Robert Harris of Farmville, Va., Richard Harris of Chesapeake, Michael Harris of Norfolk, Maurice Harris of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., Galen Harris of Elizabeth City, N.C., Kenneth Harris of Norfolk and Neal Harris of Roanoke Rapids; and special friends of the family, Phyllis and Rayvon Burris of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Thursday, May 29, 1997, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
