Ray Peterson Sr., a Norfolk native, of the 2900 block of Hollister Ave., died June 2, 1997.
Survivors include his daughter, Derwanda Harris of Elizabeth City; three sons, Ray Peterson Jr., Leslie Peterson, both of Norfolk, Darrion Harris of Rocky Mount, N.C., four sisters, Evelyn Blackwell of Norfolk, Regina Collins of Suffolk, Barbara Bethea and Doretha Hunte, both of Maryland; four grandchildren; an aunt and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Community Funeral Home, Norfolk, by the Rev. Larry J. Herring. Burial will be in Hampton National Cemetery. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
