Dorothy M. Gray, 85, of the 1100 block of Ferebee Ave., died June 8, 1997, in a Norfolk hospital.
A native of Elizabeth City, N.C., she was the widow of Raymond A. Gray and was a Baptist.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Ann Gray McDermott and her husband, Bert McDermott Sr., of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Rae Michelle Carley and her husband, Kevin, of Chesapeake, Bert McDermott Jr. and his wife, Dyan, of Chesapeake; five great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
