Mary Twiford Rogers, 75, died Tuesday, June 10, 1997, at her residence. Mrs. Rogers, born in Norfolk, was a homemaker and a Protestant. She was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Maggie Beals Twiford and the widow of the late Edward Lewis Rogers.
Mrs. Rogers is survived by a daughter, Gloria R. Adams and husband, Johnny of Norfolk; three sons, Dwight Rogers of Kitty Hawk, David Rogers and wife, Mary, of Wanchese and Edward L. ``Buddy'' Rogers Jr. and wife, Sue, of Grand Rapids, Mich.; brother, Thomas C. Twiford of Kitty Hawk; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Austin Cemetery, Kitty Hawk, by the Rev. Harold Greer. The family will receive friends in the residence, 867 Herbert Perry Road, Kitty Hawk. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
