CORRECTIONS

Sharon M. McDonald, the Democratic nominee for Norfolk's

commissioner of the revenue, lives in Colonial Place. An article in

Wednesday's Hampton Roads section gave a wrong location.

A new HMO plan for Chesapeake school district employees will

charge a $5 client co-pay for generic drugs and a $10 co-pay for

brand-name drugs. An article in Wednesday's Hampton Roads section

contained incorrect information.

Christine Nicole Casper is valedictorian of the senior class at

Isle of Wight Academy in Smithfield. She was mistakenly described as

salutatorian in the June 5 Scholastic Achievement section.

CLARIFICATION

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Health Center will be at 4560 Princess

Anne Road, Virginia Beach, near Catholic High School. The location

was missing from a story Wednesday about approval of revenue bonds

for the nursing center, which will care for Alzheimer's disease

patients.
