Tiona Marquetta Foreman, 3, of the 1100 block of Jernigan Ave. died Wednesday, June 11, 1997, of congenital heart failure in Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
She was born in Grand Forks, N.D., and was the daughter of Richard Windsor Jr. and Sharon Foreman.
Other survivors include maternal grandmother, Rose Fields; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Dorothy Allen; and paternal great-grandmother, Georgia Williams.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in New Mount Zion Church of God Holiness, 1042 Philpotts Road. Burial will be in Hampton National Cemetery.
